I really like to know how u manage to use 100+ layers ^^;. Even i didn't use that many layers in my cg. Anyway a really cute picture, that is what that caught my attention actually. However, i think you need to work a little bit on drawing the clouds. If its too hard can use cloud brushes if you want. ^_^

Took quite a while, and the background isn't quite the way I wanted it to turn out, but I couldn't fix it =/

finally seeing it finished and it looks pretty ^_^ position you put her makes her look little shy but with the expression she looks very happy and you don't see much characters showing their back. you have improved again with eyes, they are really naturally placed and colouring is so bright. but you could make the eyebrow on the left side little shorter since the eye is also smaller than on the right side. hair is nicely done, shading is smooth and it's floating gives feeling of wind with the sakura petals. light pinkish colour you gives brightness for the blue and fits with the clear sky. the way how the sakura tree is unsharp makes you focus for the character but it's also gives nice touch to the background that it's not so plain :) angel feathers are nice details as the sakura petals, gives little magical atmosphere. overall good job and thank you for sharing !

Uber cuteness. XD Totally love her pose and her carefree spirit. I really love the way you did her hair. The color is great and the shading was done very well. The eyes are bright. The only small thing is the symbol on her arm. It needs a lil more shading. The clouds are a lil small but you could always stretch them out. This is really good work.
