Please, read the description. There is a concept for the wallpaper 
Well, Hitsuji no Uta is one of the best manga I've read, though I kinda prefer the ending of the anime.
Anywayz, the first version of the wallpaper was just what you see in the painting. But then I changed my mind and did not want to make another simple scenic wallpaper and so this idea came to me.
The original idea was to put Chizuna on peaceful background to represent her calm character. I didn't want to leave the original idea out of the new version, so I just threw it in as a painting.
The bonsai tree represents the beauty and fragility of Chizuna and finally, the brewing storm outside the window represents her life [always waiting for an attack of her sickness]
The whole procedure took me about 10 hours in total. I used around 35 layers.
