Uwah Xox this wallpaper took me forever! It took about... 30 layers X.x the most I've ever used, and thats when I MERGED some of them ^_^' I like the result, I took a stock image and edited it a lot, added a texture, blended it, used a bunch of rtenders, added a cloud filter, yada yada, and it turned out to this.
Overall, I'm proud of this :D Sakura's glow makes her look angelic and the light and rainbow make it look pretty, dont you think? ^^

yeah you're right. It's like a photo and then manipulate somehow.. awww. I expected brushes. But I like the light effect, because it looks it went in sync with the bg.. good job..tc... -
