This is a fan art from the playstation game "Persona:Be Your True Mind"..The guy with the mic is the main character,
the girl next to him is Maki holding her "good other self" while her "bad other self" is causing mischief as usual.
the guy with the stupid hat is "Reiji" my favorite character from Persona 1 (he never wore that thing in the game though,only his fists where wrapped in bandages that where like that).
The guy with the glasses and broom is the multi-millionare Kei Nanjou (looks like it's his turn to do the classes chores today).
and of course we have jack frost, SMT's and Atlus's mascot.
P.S you can spot Masao Inaba (Mark) "dancing crazily!" just between the main hero and Maki.
