I vectored the scan, drew the sakura petals, added and edited the effects and added some magical lights.
Took me about 8 hours to finish this wallpaper.

Whoa! It's so simple and so effective. I've always wanted to try or see someone do something like that, but I never imageined how beautiful it actually turned out and wasn't what I woudl expect too. You really did the reflection and the rippling waters very well. I like the simple sparkles plus the Sakura petals falling. A defiante fave. ^_^
