It's been nearly a month since you saw something from me... I actually got rid of that doujin I submitted a while ago because I thought it wasn't cool enough for a bday upload. But I have compensation here. Sort of.

through your files.

Here it is:
I basically coloured it and picked most of the colours from a coloured scan of the same character earlier in the artbook. I picked it because when I saw it I really loved the whole orientation of the character and oh the possibilities <3
Anyway, this was a quick wallpaper (by that I mean 9 hours instead of model making... oh well... I'll do it tomorrow :\). Most of the time was on the cg and the bolts on the walls etc. I actually had a blue sky and was all prepared for this gorgeous looking thing, but I kinda screwed up the vanishing point so err... sorry. It ended up looking all technical and grey. I can stare at this FOREVER... literally. I also wanted to say, I drew that background thingy and the ladder from scratch. The beam and girl were coloured.
My favourite part of this wall Her boots. I'm especially happy about how the
boots came out. And the bolts. They are so Range Murata <3
PS: I left out the linked bracelet and ring... because I just didn't like it @_@

You did well with the cg, even though I'm not into really soft ones. I think it would portray the 'no limits' concept better if you added more depth by making the wall go a bit outwards - nonetheless, it's still an interesting wall.

Sorry, I am really late this time! I've had university on the weekend as well. And yesterday working from 8am to 23pm only breaks to eat something, shower ... very little procrastinating! ;) That's why I will stay away from MT for some more time because once you start to get in here... it's not easy to get out. At least for me. But I've already seen this wallpaper last time I was on here and I have been using it on my desktop. I really like the whole composition. The background looks so much like Range Murata. Really good! I think it was actually good that you "screwed up" the first background. You put so much detail into the bolts, but that's part of what makes the whole wallpaper look really good... and professional. ^_^
Well what more is there left to say: I'm loving it! :D Oh today Australia plays against Japan in the worldcup! I always have soccer on... because I cannot stand the silence of my room! ;)

Beautiful vector, like the original bg of greys and blacks though i wish the bg had more of a lighting situation, like little bulb lights and long florescent zaps of light but overall the whole wall is nicely done.. great job Kuro! :P

Nice, spotless vector and a great idea with the shaft for the background. Definitely very Murata-like in style and colour :) .

Marvelous coloring job (though there are some flecks outside the lines here and there). Those sketches in the artbook of familiar charas in new poses were nice, weren't they?

Very clean cg. ^^ Maybe Misa should start doing lots of CG soon.
Anyways, hhmm.. very mettalic-like and widely-used gray is the main feature of the wall. And hmm.. the background does fits Range Murata style in some sense... not sure how to explain it but Range Murata works always related to hi-tech stuff and you created the perfect background for it... (I'm getting lammer at giving comments...)
But anyways, it's still a nice wall with lots of gray.

overal, the wall does have some symbolism... at least i think so. :\ the folded walls makes me think about about the human mind. it's complicated, abscure, and down-right foreign. the only way to understand one's mind, or any mind for that matter, is for one to explore oneself's... mind.... it sounded better in my head. ^_^'
