i did this painting a couple nites ago...i was up until midnight finsishing it...i wish my scanner was big enough so you culd see the entire thing because the wing i have for the dark side is awsome looking....I was inspired to to this painting because i was thinking of people and how they have two sides...a light and dark side....and so i started painting it....at first i didnt think it would come out that good but i was amazed at the finishing result....my favorite part about this painting is the man's face....at the moment i am practicing drawing people, and my drawings have turned out...okay....so wen i did this i was amazed that it came out looking like a person.....so i hope yall like it

that's an interesting concept...! it's much better seen full viewed too, for the details..
only suggestion i could make is more feathers perhaps, because they
really bring out the picture..
glad
to hear you've been practicing, too.. maybe you could re scan both sides and
paste/combine them both together in photoshop..
that way, we get to see the whole pic as well..
gj!
hey i'm practicing people too (human people not anime) omg it's sooo hard i can't draw the nose and mouth
and yes ur right i agree. we always have a dark side and good side. it's our
little inner battle =p
... *Sigh*.
.
I really like your style; very unique, this almost looks like an oil painting!
...
Yet another inspiration to pick up a paintbrush...
The brush strokes are very well done, it's like human skin, interesting way you've done the skeletal mouth; also, I like how the hair is falling onto the skull; very nice!
Great job, and thanks for sharing your take on Human Nature!
:edit: Wow- *blinks* he sort of looks like a teacher I had this year...
