Because the scan i used is the cover of chapter 11 and his head is missing on it. i really liked the fact that you couldn't actually see his face, he was still THE mysterious character at that time, and i wanted to keep that idea ^^

Hehe, I like L's face. Too bad we can't see it. I love the mysterious feeling, though. Absolutely awesome. I'm absolutely loving the texture and colors, though! Blue is my favorite color, and it fits so well.

I really love this wall and have used it consistently on and off for the last two years -- whenever I need a change from what I've been using, this is what I come back to. I like the muted tones and the textures. It's decorative, but not distracting; a good background for icons and pleasant to look at. I like the way the clocks look watermarked and the way the texture moves into the dark section at the bottom of the figure. (On my monitor, it's visible from some angles and not from others, and has a sophistication you don't usually see in L wallpapers.)
The only thing I don't like about this paper (as in, I even wish there was another version of this that didn't have it) is the "Death Note" text in the middle of the shirt.
But it's not a dealbreaker. Great, great wall; at least in the top 10 ever made for this fandom, probably even the top 5.
