Well, I finally got around to finishing a series I had downloaded a long time
ago and I decided to make a wall out a screenshot I caught since, surprisingly,
I really enjoyed the series.
The series is called Gokujou Seitokai, and this wall is about one of the members
(when she was young) of the student council, named Rein, hence the title of the
wall.
When she was young, her father just disappeared and left her alone (since she
didn't have a mother). They suspect he ran because of gambling problems and
debts he couldn't get out of (which is why the playing cards are
"highlighted").
The series itself appears to be one of those
make-friends-and-forgive-everyone-and-try-y(...) anime, but it has this crazy
darker side to it that really caught me by surprise.
Anywho, Rein and the cards were vectored from this screenshot:

all recoiled on herself, she's really all alone.
other than that i love the rusty colours you chose, and the highlighting of the cards makes them sort of ghostly (but that might be just me), and texture is also very nice

The perspective to the cards is off... perspective is the most important part to these types of wallpapers, so meh.
I can see you really like that simplicity walling approach.. the texture on the wall goes great with the image... nice.
Really nice vector. I really like the composition of the wallie. And it gives a lonely and sad feeling. Cards are nice and I love the highlighting. And I love the texture of the whole wall. Nice job Chloe-chan! ^^

it's a good relief to see this style once in a while, well at least for me.
The vector is great, I like what you are trying with perspectives and unsual poses to express the ambients you want to portray. The idea of emphasizing the cards is good though I wish I'd be familiar with this to understand the meaning behind it better. The texture rocks and fits great with the whole mood.

Very cool vector. Nice use of textures to add into the plain vector.
But the card number 4 seems a little... off. Especially the.. what do they call that? That's definitely not spade heart or diamond... but the shape isn't so.. right. But everything else is okay. ^^
Such a simple yet sad-looking wallie. It contains lotsa hidden meanings to me, like how a child suffers when his/her parents gamble
