Oh my god! I can't believe I'm making wallpapers again.
Futile attempts at trying to focus on other hobbies failed miserably, and I guess I love making wallpapers too much I could not resist. So err, yeah, it looks like I'm back. (;;°A°)
The wallpaper is your 'classic' sceneric one, I wanted to do a Fate/Stay Night one with Saber from a very long time (it was something I promised I would make for the TYPE-MOON nerds- err I mean for the friends over at IRC ;D), so here it is. I used this chance to also try digital matte painting for the very first time, which is really fun and tough at the same time. :)
You might find more resolutions when Shinndou.com will be born, I am slowly working back on it though I cannot guarantee when it will be ready (my exams are about to kick in). And of course, this wallpaper is dedicated to good fellas at #AP and #MT who are type-moon freaks. (you know who you are guys XD)

I've been meaning to comment on this for a while but I kept getting distracted. Anyway, your vector is gorgeous in this.. and for once in a blue moon I actually like the vector with the painted background o__o The background is gorgeous as well, love the colors that set the mood for the wall. well.. since its been like erm... 8 months since I last commented on any wallie.. maybe you get the honour of receiving my first comments in a long time? XD
ok the scan is very nicely worked on :) the positioning together with the background is pretty nicely done(but the flat-ness of the character opposes this.. not that it can be helped).. since I am not a F/SN fan.. (because I haven't watched it).. the umm Saber doesn't attract me as much as the background ;D
Background is really awesome, the clouds and the artefacts left of the dress.. I don't really think the style of the background matches Saber all that well.. I am not sure if a slight bit of blurring would do wonders..
nevertheless still a great work haha :)
This is the third Fate/Stay Night image in a matter of minutes that has floored me.
I don't know that I've seen a cleaner/crisper wallpaper than this one, and if I have it's in very limited, company. The foreground and background couldn't be more appropriate (that, and you can't lose with TYPE-MOON characters!), and the way the light from the yellows in the sunset hit the blues and blacks in Sabers dress nearly makes the image come to life.
About as impressive as it gets.
