The scan is pretty grainy, and it should be cleaned. The grass looks great and the positioning of the scan looks

Air is not bad series, but it's pretty sad and probably confusing. You could try watching this series if you like a
little drama and cute girls.

Okai this is a wall of an air wall, i never seen teh series before, but i've enter the contest from teh invite of unicorn2006, and i tried my best, but man working on anime i have never seen before is hard for me, this took about days to do, and the grass, not my best thing in the whole wide world, i made different shades of the grass, and the suns ray's were made by a tutorial i learned, if i remembered where it was, then i added feathers to cover up the white parts of the original feathers that i extracted from since the scan was bright and i couldn't see the lines for the feathers, so i covered them up with new ones that i did with feather brushes that i got from DA, and made them outer glowed abit, and thats about it, and i've also added a shadow behind the girl too if you can see it, this is for the Air contest, and there's my poem, i had help from a friend with the wall and poem aswell, the poem was hard to think of it since i never saw the series, Hope you like it.
The rains have ended,
and the grasses have come.
Everything returns,
to its warm feel.
The breeze gives way,
to a flurry of feathers,
a soothing feeling comes
over me,
as I lose my sway.
Amidst the grasses,
playing in the sky.
I wonder,
will it be me...
will it be me in my dreams?

Nah, Air isnt that new, its pretty old, but you should watch it! Its funny yet tear-jerking at the same time :)

O.O.....*speechless* How did you do that grass?! its absolutely beautiful! wow....I feel like my grass is wilting compared to yours...hehe its kinda funny because I thought I was a genious for thinking of having the character looking up into the sun in a field of grass, but I guess other people thought of it too! (lol I kinda live in my own little world)

i think have a good chances in the AIR contest. ^.^ luving the concept, the scan is grainy but it doesnt seem seeable (i dont have my glasses so im not sure wat im saying ~.~). the lighting is perfect and i think there should be text. overall i think u did a great job. ^_O GO AIR!
