This is my second vector trace. I did this all in PS 7. Please do not tell me
that the lines are jagged or rough because I don't need to know what I already
know. Anyway, please full view if you are
going to comment. If you're going to comment, don't just put something like
"cool" or "cute" or anything like that.
Enjoy the trace i made. 
Edit: If you're wondering why the blush is coming out of his face, it was like
that in the original scan so i just kept it like it was.

its a cute picture u chose to trace
well at leats u know that the lines are jagged then u know what to improve on next time
though the shadows look a little strange, it doesn't seen like it fits w/ the img
