The quality of the scan looks a bit low, I see some compression artifacts... but the drawing itself looks wonderful

so i can give you a tip how to make the sky, you should make the colors of the sky go from a stong-blue color to a pale one, so the colors go from darker to brighter, it's because of the sun. so you should look at the sky and you'll know what i mean. and you should shade the fence a bit.

...to be frank...I want your talents right now...it's pretty good for your first time, unfortunately, I don't know what to say to help you improve because I'm still too inexperienced but when I saw your other sketch the other day (the blonde girl) I didn't see any flaws on it. But there is only one thing I know, I really envy you for having such talents.

I love what you have achieved here with the watercolor - the sky looks natural, with it's lovely clouds, and you hae gotten her skin and hair tones spot on Of course, there are a little smudges here and there - but that's what comes out of watercolor, and you seem to be mastering it quite well

Just be careful where different colors meet, and that you fill in all the whites (there is a bit near the eyes that you missed) but that is just me being picky
