You are supposed to get prior permission from someone if you're gonna use something from a finished piece of work
(like doujinshi, vectors or wallpapers... but not scans): taking ANY part of someone's already finished work is
considered ripping: it doesn't matter if you cleaned it or changed it or
manipulated it or re-extracted a scan from a wallpaper- don't do it.
This is because if the original scan had loads of text on it and that person got rid of it all, people come along and
then extract it from the wallpaper without having to get rid of text etc.
I suggest you simply get rid of that eye.
Apart from that this is a pretty nice wallpaper with a good concept.
