hehe, saw this screencap, and wanted to vector it 'cause I just love that expression XD. It's the closest to a chibi face you'll ever get in SEED :D
I've seen lots of Yzak vectors, but never any Dearka ones...

Dearka is a cool character! I mean at first I thought he was a bit of a sleeze, but then he likes Milly and then wishes to protect her - it's cute X-P... I like it how none of the first 4 ZAFT boys are really that bad, I mean Nicol was sweet, Buster, well is stopped Athrun and Izak getting into figths, Athrun well he was torn between Kira and Zaft at first and then Izak, kind of came around in the end. The next 3 Zaft boys annoyed me, they were like obsessed with figthing.
If I had to be picky... I'd say it is a little too simple... like you are missing a bit of shading detail in his hair ... I'm not sure but it just looks a little too bold in color for some places, and not enough depth.
Anyways, hehe a very cool vector indeed, I loved that scene and the way Milly handed it. Go Milly :)
