hmm. not sure if i like it or hate it. Some parts i think are quite cool, but something about it is bugging me - maybe its her head too shifted to one side? :P not really sure, sorry.
Great job, the shading and level of detail is awesome ! Maybe the head's a bit too big. Also, i find a weird contrast between her childish eye (the only one left), and her lips (because they look very 'adult'... does that make sense ? like she's got lipstick on it, and that just doesn't fit the innoncence and sadness in her eye). But her eye is very expressive !
Great job on the hair and the pattern of the blood as well, almost like a tatoo. Just on a side note, it would have been good to see the outside through the skull.
