Wohooooo I'm not dead XD

Haven't been doing anything on Minitokyo for quite a while, so I decided to submit something. I've been writing some very important exams and just hadn't much time and inspiration to wall. Well exams are over at last and now it's time to get creative again. :pacman:

This wall is featuring art from Yoshitaka Amano (one of my favorite artists) and can be found on Animepaper, at this occasion I want to thank monsieur DREAM for submitting all those pretty scans of his.

I vectored the scan and kept the wall simple. The idea behind the wall was that the woman to the right is still alive, thus the sun above her is in it's zenit, while the woman to the left is dead, thus her sun is setting.

Now the question I'm asking is: Has live some purpose or are we just born to die?

A difficult question I think and everyone has to find an answer on his own.

Edit: Don't be fooled by that nasty thumb my wall is clean >_<

Edit edit: I forgt too tell you that the pretty patterns were taken from Hybrid-Genesis.net OX

With a striking visual style and color scheme, this intriguing wall is definitely out of the ordinary. Life's dual nature, the futility of existence, the popularity of more darn vector walls...all of these are pondered. All right, I kid...all except the first two. :D Another excellent piece of art for your desktop.

Proposed by kuroimisa and highlighted by biriwilg.

My Lord, I love the textures and the concept of this. Not only did the vector keep the original kind of Amano lines feel, the addition of the suns is very ingenious. Absolutely beautiful *__*
