The original picture was from an ad for the 3rd Naruto movie. So this isn't the 3 year gap Sakura (although outfit is close) but it's something she's wearing in the movie I guess. I thought it was a cute picture, but the scan I got was really small so I didn't have much to work with, but I tried anyways!
