I think you should gave more-black background... It's nothing, just to increase the feeling that she's the doll with darkest personality... (yet she's very pretty! Ooooh, Suigintou, I loooove you!)
But after a little thinking, I think blue is not bad after all. It fits her dress perfectly.Nice wallpaper! Thank for sharing, mein Freund!

hahaha. anything "dark and evil" seems to be addicting. but i love the abstract background and the color choice it gives a more mysterious and dangerious feel to the image as i whole. i like ^.^
