x_x I am very, very, freaking tired right now. I stayed up way too long to finish this drawring, so I'll just keep this description short.

I'm a really big Ghost in the Shell fan, and Togusa is my favorite character. He's such a great guy, and I've been wanting to draw him for a long time. Sorry that he doesn't have his Mateba. T_T I didn't have any pictures of it to draw from.

I hope you like the picture. Now, if you'll excuse me, I am going to pass out in my bed.

    The overall line art for the characters could be smoother, but the overall effect is nice... the black and white BG especially :)
