One of Carnelian's earlier works, she reminds me of 95-tan who also easily draws her sword.
I had to downscale the original scan a bit because it had too much pixels to be accepted. The original scan came from
the lossles Carnelian art collection.

You're right on the money about the hands, just glancing over everything looks to be ok. When you actually take the time to look at it they are really messed up. Can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be to actually fight like that.
The hands aside, its an absoulte beautiful image. Carnelian draws beautiful kimono's and I love the way he draws the hair. Always looking like it windy so its naturally flowing to one side.
