Now what I wanna know is, who's the girl on the right? 
Edit: Checked again and the girl on the right is one Mizuho Fujisawa. I'm guessing she's specific to that game, because I don't remember seeing her anywhere in the anime or manga- if I'm wrong, gimme a holler!

She must be specific to the game. I have been through the manga and anime several times and do not recall seeing her anywhere at all.
