Sometimes it's easy to sink into the favorites-popularity-ranking muck. Sometimes it's easy to forget that walls are just walls. Sometimes it's easy to forget to take a step back, breath, look at the wider picture and give the system the middle finger...
Dedicating this to any waller or anyone who has ever felt great ebils, with love.
So this was a painting practice wall which surprisingly took less time then I
thought (basically all night) 
It seemed
appropriate to celebrate end of finals by walling... how geeky am I?! I
basically started this wall because I fell in love with this stock photo of the tree from
stock.XCHNG, and thought "I want that tree in a wall!" 
So I worked
with my trusty mouse and painted right over the trunk of the tree... but I came
up with the leaves myself. Messed with semi-extended background, etc. PS default
brushes, no smudging done >:D And yes the leaves look weird *waks nageni-kun to death* The girl came
from this MT scan...
with some moderations 
I think
I'm going to get carpal tunnel soon
Thanks to nageni and crap for doing last checks for me, and a special dedication to tat0rs, hope this wall will temporarily keep your mind off general ebils... *hugs*

colours r well chosen and gives out a dreamy effect . gotta love the simple sky and grass ~ so calming . the scan looks really good here ~ all blended nicely and snugly <3

it looks good with the other elements . maybe because its just a shade too dark
. but still , u did an awesome job ~
the leaves on the tree may resemble slightly like a broccolli but not in a bad way
Its really beautiful how the paint goes together with the bg and the chracter herself although i wish the tree had a little texture or noise like the chracter so it wouldnt look off a little but you made a good effort...

wah it takes very long to dl though
you can really see the effort in the tree and scenery painting.
maybe a small outline on the elements would help even more with the effect of merging the scan with bg cause the scan has a slightly noticable outline.
