I think this scan is gorgeous! The colors, the angle, the design: everything looks so cool and original! The character is indeed very interesting! I love dthe dress, all the details are so perfect!

Oh, I have a smaller version of the same picture that I've had in my unknown folder forever and finally someone told me the artist name and was thrilled when I finally saw someone with the same picture but I was really hoping to finally learn what Anime it came from! Oh well I like the pic though.
