Shinseimaru isn't the kind of dog demon to take being told what to do or to be punished for his actions like as if he were still a pup. So if Adelsan couldn't discipline her son the normal way the only way to get him would be through this form of punishment. Something she calls "Puppy Punishment". Embaressing Shinseimaru in her mind is a better punishment then that of a physical or grounding. She places him under a spell in which he attracts these adorable puppies to him and he is forced to deal with them being in his presence all day and all night long. By the look on his face you can tell he isn't enjoying puppy sitting these adorable little pooches
