Captain Talia Gladys of the Minerva.
I think she's a good person, just ill-fated perhaps. She's a competent and strong leader, and does have a conscience. Unlike Murrue however, even though she has her doubts, she stayed loyal to ZAFT until the very end.

Too lazy to vector her uniform, besides, that smile reminds me of a motherly smile :)
Her hair is rather...odd. she must've used a lot of hair gel XD
I think I like the older girls more, and there's barely any pics of them (Aisha, Murrue, Talia, Natarle), so I want to contribute.
Next is Natarle (hopefully). But I've yet to find a good scan/screencap of her. Any suggestions? (preferably without her hat...too lazy to vector that...)
I wish MT would allow PNG, because JPG pixilates reds horribly...

These reminds me of potraits. You did another nice job on the vectoring in this one as well. This vector is better since the lines are much sharper. The coloring was done really well too. I think her chest area is a lil flat since it lacks colors but considering you changed it from the scan, it was really well done. Good work~
