Interesting concept, and I <3 your background. You should redo the left part of the kimono though, it looks a bit too grainy. Other than that, good work. +fav from me!

Wow, the background on this wall is great! The design and colors you used are really pretty. I never thought anyone could put a samurai with so much pink, but you've done a nice job. Interesting idea having half of his clothing with print. Nice work. :)

first of all, i'm really impressed with the 'hole' effect. i love it! and second of all, though many people hates ichimaru gin, i really like him. he plays the role of a villain really really well! the best villain is the one who is able to make people hate him and love him at the same time! and undoubtedly, the way he cares about matsumoto is so sweet that it's so hard not to like him. :3
