This is really awesome! I love her eyes, though it looks weird on Nami, since it's not "One Piece
style".
The bg is great, I love the clouds and the houses are excellent! The lines are neat, though a little jagged.
Other than that, nicely done!

My favorite female character from One Piece. It took me more time to finish the background than drawing Nami. I'm
not used to drawing backgrounds, but i think it didn't came out too bad :-P

Nice vector of Nami, there's just the highlight in her hair that have a weird shape, though I did not see the original scan, so maybe I'm not right.
