Everything vectored! (Except the clouds and birds XD)
I've never seen the anime, but I read the manga, and it's pretty interesting. Elie and Haru are my favorite characters (along with Plue and Musica), so I decided to vector some images and wall them ^^
Original Elie (sorry, it's kinda crooked):
The title comes from the page on the Elie scan in Volume 6 when she's about to die. It says:
I've heard that your life twists and turns before you when you're about to
die...
... kind of like a kaleidoscope.
I wonder if even someone like me, who doesn't have a past...
... sees the kaleidoscope, too.
She has flashbacks about her childhood and then some about Haru, so I decided to put in Haru, since he's important to her, and vice versa.

great vectoring and design. coloring manga images is the best kind of vectoring. much more fun than copying from a lq image. the rave art isn't the best, but you picked some good images.

Hehehhe. Yeap, you should see more about Groove Adventure Rave. ^^ I've seen the anime (only up to 51) and is now catching up with the manga. Nice~
Anyway, back to your wall... hahha, yeah this part. I remember this part... hmm.. black, white and red mix well, it blends well with the plainess of the wall, but I just feel that there's something amiss... can't say what it is... the background looks fitting... the way you've projected your idea in this wall is nice.

I like the grungy look you put into this wall. (the ground makes the wall look somewhat grungy)
You know, I'd think Elie lookin all black and white like that would distort the whole look of the wall, but it actually suits it. Kinda strange how that happens. And the clouds look great. I like how you blended in the bg with her hair. A nice and original idea. And on another note(nothing to do with the submission) I never new that the anime was actually called Groove Adventure Rave. It was called Rave Master over here. o.o (just thought I'd point that out ^_^')
