this is made of win and awesome, great fixing there neod.
Not my scan but I did spend about 5 hours cleaning it up. A higher rez than the image minitokyo already has.
The scan is from a japanese video game magazine. Here is the original reduced 50% ( so I could uploaded it to
imageshack).
tried to blur/sharpen it so that it would get rid of the dots when you scan it in to high of a resolution. And redrew the missing parts of the wing.

I'm having problems downloading the image you made,althrough I downloaded the magazine cover image without any difficulties.
But when I try to save your image it tells me I've got a transfer rate of 4 kb ! LOL ...idk why,thought you should know.

I applaud you people who are able to fix scans. I would never have guessed that part of the wing was redrawn if you hadn't said anything. The colors are matched perfectly. Excellent work!
