looks very clean and simple. you don't really need those silly shapes in there ^________^
it looks kind of weird where Rukia's thigh comes out of the skirt. if you look, you'll know what i'm talking about.

whee! ur vectoring! well this is a good piece of rukia here, the vectoring work you did here looks good to me, though her eyebrow lines seem a bit off to me, like they should be more well rounded. but otherwise nice work ^^
