There's more to this wall than what the thumbnail suggests. It's very pretty, and I like the wings & the roses effects. However, that black to white gradient in the middle is really severe. I can understand what you're trying to achieve, but it detracts the eyes from the girls and from the nice details you've added behind them. Try to ditch that nasty line in the middle, or soften it so it's not such a harsh smack between the eyes :)

ugh. this really really sucks. I wrote a whole description thing of my wallpaper and then it tells me the page expired when I hit submit! Okay, sorry guys, but theres no way I'm going to type up everything again. I guess the only main point I was making was that the character extraction in this wallpaper really sucks! Oh well. I hope everyone likes it anyways. I tried extracting Elda 3 times before I was finally happy (okay, so it was more like *im so sick of this so screw it*) Wow...this is really random, but there are all these ladybugs in my window. Thats so gross! I hate ladybugs. AAGHH Im having such a bad day today. The wallpaper was originally supposed to have Chii going up into the sky and Elda dropping into fire/darkness. But then I thought it wouldnt make sense since Elda isnt evil or anything...and I like Elda too so I kind of felt bad. so Elda is still "dropping" and Chii is still "going up", but now its more like a reflection thing with maybe...more of a theme like dark and light? I dont know. Interpret this whatever way you feel like. Its just a little too plain for my taste but I didn't know what else to add.

Ok! thanks so much for your advice. I've just updated it..I hope this is what you were talking about? there is still that contrast though...I just didnt really want to get rid of the black and white all together.

yo dude *or duet hehe* i really like this wall but theres something that doesnt seem to convince me and that is chi sis is upside down and umm i know that is part of what makes this wall unique but im not sure its a very good way of structuring her in that matter. But overall the wall is awesome and i do agree with saikusa with the line in the middle. NICE JOB THOUGH ^_^ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ^_^

wow, I love this wall! It's definitely one of the top Chobits walls I've ever seen; I can't believe you think it's too plain! :P I love how one side is "dark" and one side is "light".. very pretty colors too. Great job!
