So far from the oldest wall  Making this wallie was really terrible>< It took me 3 weeks! The idea came up since February, but until now was is finished. All parts required hard works. Extracting the scan and editing it took 4 hours. The mirror itself took 5 hours and was made the same way as the clock in Desert of Time. And 4 hours for the sky. Uhm the first time i tried counting the layers n the number turned out to be 114, however it's still less than Beside the Heaven Gate. Crazily i'm still not satisfied with it! The only thing made me feel ok is the text  Hope it's not too bad-_-

And in the end

pretty magical with an elegant view :) the lighting and perspective of the mirror however seems a little off.. D: looks better without the rays so obvious too but lovely shadows and mixture of the lone colour overall :)

suprisingly, this wallpaper did not dissapoint, I was thinking, it is damn hard finding a good way to incorporate the scan of Miwa's Yoshikazu's artwork, and it was quite difficult indeed, this wallpaper managed to find a unique angle for the wallpaper and almost seamlessly match it with the mirror image. Well done.

oO what are you talking about^^ I'm a fan of Miwa Yoshikazu's drawings and i've seen the original wall already. You did a GR8888 work man! This is simply excellent! > come here Mr fav^^

  18. TheWizzard Apr 16, 2006

mhm ... lets see ... the reflection looks awkward ... I mean ... the perspective of it ... isn't natural. The mirror is angled, but the reflection isn't.
the moonrays should be a bit more blured in my opinion ... and also ... a texture for the wall would be nice ^_^ some noise would work.

other than that, it looks nice

  19. midnightLOVERS Apr 16, 2006

  23. Vakita Apr 17, 2006

the reflects of she in the mirrow are
    impresive,the background is awesome
    men you are my genius
it will be in my favs

  24. Ketsumi Apr 17, 2006

I like your idea of the girl sitting beside the mirror in a dark fancy room,
but there are a few problems about this wallpaper.
Due to the angle of the mirrow, the reflection given would be incorrect.
Also, the window looks like it's floating in mid-space,
because it doesn't look as if there's a wall holding it in place.
To fix this problem, try adding some kind of texture to the wall.

Great idea! Keep up the good work!
I'll be looking foward to seeing your future work. ^^
