Greatly done, very vibrant colors. The edges of the window should be blurred out a little tho, they look a bit jagged.

I adore both the cute characters and colorful background. I believe you have done so much for the wallpaper ^_^
Personally I prefer a "calmer" tones, so this wallpaper is a little bit too bright for me that the character is "drowned" in the colorful background and the picture is no longer eye catching.
However, this is a great job ^_^

Very colorful! This is a really nice quality and I like the perspective. The design of the window is nice but I think some of the edges need to be smoothed out a bit. I think the bars are nice but I don't think you really need them since they don't feel like they are part of the window. This is really quite lovely. Really nice work!
