PLEASE FULL VIEW
Just a simple wallie from me. ^_^ A friend of mine gave me a bunch of CCS scans from an artbook, and this was one of them, so I decided to make something out of it. I don't think its on MT, but he doesn't want me to upload them here, so I'm sorry. :(
Its simple and only has about 15 layers but I like it. Some of the clouds are brushes and I made some of the other ones (they suck though XD). It looks like one of my other wallpapers, Reaching For a Dream. I did that on purpose. XD I liked the style of that one so I tried to copy it.
I had a planet back there, but I didn't like it very much lol. So I left it alone. There's sparkles on the text but you can't really see them. I added a light to her staff too. ^_^
Um....not much else to say. XD I hope you all like this. :)

Very cute, Kate-san! XD The wall is great, cute, lovelty, refreshing, & nicely done^^ Sakura looks so cute & I love her clothes! But maybe the quality doesn't fit with the soft bg. & It's also too grainy. You should add an inner glow/outer-glow! The bg is very beautiful. Especially the beautiful & lovely clouds. The color is also nice! But really, I don't like the font.>.< The color is too dark & doesn't fit with the bg's bright color, & the border of the text ruins the text>.< I also don't like the font>.< But great job! I'll add this to my favs! Keep up the great work, Kate-san!
