ah.. very nice proportions! i like her expression too! :) one thing that i would like to add/suggest is, i think shading using lines, (series of lines) would really help add volume to your drawings.. :D as opposed to smudging.. :) but it's only a thought.. ^_^' i like the fact that you outlined the character heavily.. it brings her out! :D mirmo rox! XD

hm... the shading needs more tones, i guess. so that it will look more 3D.

Short and sweet :) A very lovely picture of Sakura - you've definitely got all the basics - but like some others have suggested, work on adding more variations and depth to your tones to help give her a bit of volume.
Her expression is really quite cheerful :) Great work gel-chan :D Just keep working at it and all you can do is get better :D I look forward to seeing more of your work displayed in the Doujinshi contests :) Good luck :nya:
