Another chobits wallpaper by me... 
Yes, now Im in a chobits mood...after teh "Ah my goddess" one finally
ended...
Some random info ::
How long it took to make ~ about 6+ hours (the longest Ive been able to
concentrate on a wallpaper!)
How many layers ~ 22
Whos in the pic? ~ Chii!
Hmmm...thats odd, was chii's dress always pink? ~ no, it was orange, and I
changed it to pink becuase I couldnt find any orange cherry blossoms 
Okay, so if anyone is wondering, the wording is supposed to be randomly
capitalized. I dont even remember which ones I capitalized....I was in a Emily
Dickinson mood. 
It took me forever to figure out how to make ripples of water around the boat.
I'm STILL trying to figure out how, so if anyone wants to teach me...or direct
me somewhere that will teach me...you can all probably tell that those dont even
look like ripples of water 
AGGGHHH how do you make ripples of water!?
Ok, so this is what I did (if anyone is interested on how to make ugly
"Haine water ripples") - 1. took the rectangular marquee tool
2. made a random sized square
3. filter - clouds
4. distort - ripples - set to large at the highest percent
5. distort - ripples - set to small at some random percent that looked good
6. distort - waves - some random settings 
yea, it was basically all random stuff.
okay, well this is turning into an essay (maybe even longer than the one i wrote
on the SAT today). speaking of SAT essays...isnt it wierd how you can just
randomly write on forever about obscure topics, but when you have to
straightfowardly answer a question, you cant even get one page.

About the water ripples, you don't need to worry about it too much~ It doesn't have to look like real water ripples~ You gave the wallie a dreamy look (it looks like Chii's boat is surrounded by mist and her boat is just floating in a fantasy world full of cherry blossomes)~ I like the way it is ^_^~ (I just find this wallie a bit too bright~ Other than that, it's perfect!)
