Got 60's?
I tried to reproduce authentic retro style.
I tried to avoid using brushes, so i created something with the standard PS shapes. Added some images for the blending, modded a scan with the stamp effect and ...voila.

i like it - it's bright and different.
The scan of Ichigo is a bit low-quality though - perhaps it would have been better to vector it; just so that it matched the clean edges of everything else? i like the overlay of a city on top of the orange circles; as well as the curves and the use of gradients there (or what i'm pretty sure are noise gradients, anywho) it's interesting and unique, and aside from the blowing up of the scan; compositionally wonderful.

I think your wallpapers definitely look special... you have something like your own style. In this wall I love the two lines in blue and red... That's a very good idea I think. The weaker part of the wall in my opinion is the character. It doesn't look as sharp as the rest of the wall... and I somehow think that if it did the whole wall would look even better. And I can see that you have a really good knowledge of Photoshop! ;)

Mm.. A new style of the 60s.. It quite different from most of the Bleach wallies I've seen in Mt. I like how you played with the colours on the scan and the bg. I love colourful wallies! ^^
However, I think the lines (for the stripes) are too thick especially on the lower part. Overall, this is a great wallie! Thanks for sharing! :pacman: -
