I wanted to use the DVD cover scan for a recent wallpaper, but I wasn't
completely sure about it. Nonetheless, I tried cleaning up the scan, but the
wierd leg was disturbing me 
. Plus,
her coat wasn't finished AND she had letters all over her chest! I vectored,
tweaked the colours a bit and viola! Took me two weeks, since I worked barely
every few days. Anyways, I tried to keep the lines thin ^_^ and the whole thing
took about 7 hours.
If you use this vector in your own wallpaper, PLEASE credit.

Really looks more like a doujinshi, just my only complain are those lines on her hair (the top part of it) look blured, amazing vector i must say.

I HATEEE HEEERRR! *slaps* but this vector is amazing... *claps* Alltough I somehow agree with Rebel Soul Kaze. It looks kinda like a doujinshi... '.< Because those lines... I just loove this rare type of vector. Why rare type? Because it's glowing... Exellent job! I'll definately add this to my favs! Keep up the awsome work!
EDIT:This isn't a vector;it's a manually traced scan. Your outlines don't looks smooth enough to have benn made with paths and curves. But good job anyway, I still have this faved.
Illustrator plus PS for touch ups, while the hair highlights WERE edited in OP.
