XD Cagalli really looks hot in that dress. That's why I picked that scan for this wallie. Okay, the background is an old style more like an antique style for me. I chose the color red because it seems fitting enough for the wallie. I completed the bg by using different kinds of brushes. Now, there it is... Enjoy!
