bah lol. I'm a sucker for these kinds of scans, they inspire me to make fluffy clouds XD
remind me to never work on such a low quality scan again. This is completely reCGed and painted btw, it's almost as if it took me longer to clean the scan than put the wall in place XD but yeah, fluffie colors! \o/
stats:
layers: 21+
time: about 6-7 hours
scan: here
techniques: uh, round brush at diff opacities/softness/size, gaussian blur, smart blur & median filters, overlaying
gradient layers
emo complaining: cloud coloring was quite hard, working with rainbow tones is killer. I'm not so sure about the painting
either x_x and the sky gradient is bothering me. Oh and the reCG really was a pain, but Ive already complained about
that

The scan looks kind of Smart Blurred, but it may just be your uh technique of cleaning. The extraction is very well done considering how well the scan blends in with the clouds you painted. I'm not sure about the "rainbow tone" you added, I'd rather the colors just be natural or whatever. It's a simple but well executed wallpaper, good job candy.

WOW you certainly did a great job painting! The clouds are so puffy and cute~
The building looks very ancient and traditional, which I love, but the building looks a bit small compared to the size of the girl~
Still, I love the overall effect of this wallie~

You have a really good painting skills especially with clouds. It's extremely well done.
Also, I like the way the softness blends the scan and bg throughout the wall. It really suits the wall.
The angle of the building looks a bit off, but I'm not too worried about that since it probably came with the scan. =D

Oh candy, you and your cloudy formations of lovely rainbows. well executed in the simplicity and cleanliness of the wal, just wished the scan and clouds blended better witha neutral texture or something... anyway great job! :P
