YES, I CG- it first. Because the image is still very dirty, I think that
vectoring it isn't a bad idea. oh yeah, it's a manga scan. I'll show you the

It's a cute vector a bit bright but still cute. The lines though are a bit thick and they are choppy in some areas like on the lower portion of her hair and her boots.
