not my favorite shade of brown (i prefer cooler browns generally) but w/e. compositionally, this wall is fabulous - everything blends together in a natural way. It's interesting that you chose an image with such motion to it (the coat and his pose in general) and made it fit seamlessly with a very serene and still background. i like the use of brushes; as well - it's not overpowering, which is often the case with such things. i like the little decoration by the text, as well :D
