Hello I love drawing too, and I know I'm not that great, but it's only in practice that we can get better

You've got potential! The drawing itself is quite nice, however in coloring, some of the tones are off. For example, with the hair shine, it's all too clumped together. In real life (and in anime too^.^) the shine tends to be jagged and follows the natural flow of the hair. Try to having it more natural looking, with less solid blocks of shine, and try the use of at least 2 tones (one dark and one light of the hair color) to place emphasis on the shape .

Other simple points, like coloring in the same direction, is a minor detail, but never the less can show up lessen the quality of the picture. Coloring in the direction of the clothes folds, and different feathers can sure go a long way to bring out the detail in an image.

Blending is a must as well! Blending helps to create the effect that everything fits together, that is kind of why your hair shine stands out to me because it doesn't blend as nicely with the rest of it.
