your extraction is really well done, but I think one piece of advice I could give you is to work on the stock image in the background more- currently its a realistic background and an animated scan= not incorporated. I don't know what program you are using, but usually using a median filter, or dilating the edges can give it a cartoony-effect- hope that helps :)
