I named it blue fragrance because i just think that the bg looks like a blue flower, and seems like it smells so good :)

Hyuga Hinata is always known as a serene, calm and timid girl. She lost all those expression in this wallpaper, but she looks extremely worried in this one... perhaps... thinking of Naruto(again)? Tomoya portray her very very nicely for this feeling. I can really feel her deep concern.
