Oh yeah it's really cute :)
The characters are really nicely vectored.
The plane on the right corner could have been maybe a bit bigger, but I like the idea of the character aside. It's a funny touch.
Just maybe a bit more details here and there would have been even greater, like maybe more buildings in the background or things on the grass, nonetheless it's a nice settings.
And the style of the background fits very well with the chibis ^^p.s. Oh I saw you have the most used skin for Minitokyo :D Great!

Well even though they are Chibi you did a nice job paying attention to detail. It's a fun wall, and the images are well balanced on it. The trees are a little ... fake looking, but the city looks good, and the clouds are nice (ohhh so nice to see clouds like that for a change of pace). Good job on it!
