:D Hi! This is another Cagalli Wallpaper! When I was browsing in animepaper.net I found this scan and I had to wall it. Cagalli's pose is really cool here. She's so cute too!
By playing with the gradient tool, I was able to come up with a background as such. I also tried different colors for it and it ended up like that.
