she looks like she could use a hot bubble bath XP in that case i think this wallpaper would have turned out better with bubbles. but then it's me. about the feathers though, they seemed grainy and a bit pixaleted, could sure use a new feather brush. ok enough with the comments, now time to enjoy the wallpaper.

You angel is missing her wings, I can interpret this as she did some bird in and is happy about it. Souske is a bad influence on her :)
The feather towards the bottom looks funny. Perhaps they're too sharp. They're as sharp as the ones on top, so it does not give the illusion that it's further down. In contrast, the ones on top look a little blurry. Well, I suppose if the focus is on her face, that may make sense. The worst feather is the one above and to the right of "Panic!". That one fit dMp's description exactly.

Very nice piece... the fact that the background colour is blue... it really fits Chidori's hair and personallity :D.
Also very nice blending of the colour (Blue-> white-> pink)
I think it would be nicer if the "Blue" part of the background could be changed to something resemble sky (clouds etc.)... still use the colour blue though :P
