Waii! I got this done! It took me nearly 6 hours to finish this ^_^'
Anyway, the outlining was piece of cake but coloring was quite tiresome OX x_x The original scan was so dark x_x that I
had to bright it quite a bit XP And..... doing her hair was the funnest part <3 I use this time nearly 14 layers :\ I
hope you like the bg :/ I didnt come up with any ideas so I just used clouds and some blurring :o
Hehe ^_^' I know that I do alot Lacus vectors XP I'll promise you next time I'll vector someone else OX
